Service Description

Z Scraper provides API access to LinkedIn data including profiles, companies, jobs, posts, and ad library information. Services are delivered through third-party API marketplaces including RapidAPI and API.market.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Z Scraper APIs in compliance with:

Prohibited Uses

API Availability and Changes

All billing is managed by the marketplace provider (RapidAPI or API.market). Subscription terms, pricing, and payment processing are governed by the respective marketplace's terms and policies.

Data Ownership and Usage

Data accessed through Z Scraper APIs is subject to the source platform's terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of retrieved data complies with applicable requirements. We do not claim ownership of data you access through the API.

Rate Limits and Quotas

Intellectual Property

Z Scraper retains all rights to API infrastructure, documentation, and related materials. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our API implementation, documentation, or branding without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The API is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data returned by the API.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z Scraper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the API or services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your API access at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of services. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your marketplace account.

Changes to Terms
